Our Refund Policy

AlpineChems puts a high value on customer satisfaction and the quality of what we ship. Take a moment to review our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.

All completed transactions are final. We do not process refunds on finished orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us right away. We may ask for photos of the package and its contents so we can evaluate the situation properly.

We will work quickly to make it right, either through a replacement or another resolution depending on the circumstances.

How Returns Work

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging to qualify. This applies to Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the error originated from our side.

Peptides are not eligible for return due to their sensitivity to temperature and environmental conditions. If you are uncertain about a product, consider starting with a smaller order.

All returns must include a tracking number. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be issued and you will be notified.

A 15% restocking fee is deducted per item from the refund amount.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used incorrectly or stored improperly after delivery.

Third-Party Purity Testing

We stand behind our products. If you choose to have a product tested at an independent HPLC-certified lab and the results show the product does not meet our stated purity, we will reimburse you for the cost of the test as well as the full order total including shipping.
