By accessing or using the alpinechems.us website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to every visitor and customer.

Purchasing anything from our store constitutes formal agreement to every clause in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not place an order.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from AlpineChems. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request verification and to cancel any order where this cannot be confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

AlpineChems and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product sold on this website, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlpineChems and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including legal fees that result from the buyer's handling, possession, or use of any product, whether that use involves a single substance or a combination of multiple substances.

Intended Use

Every item sold on AlpineChems is designated exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. This means in vitro work, chemical analysis, controlled experiments, and related applications only.

Products sold here must not be used in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or any consumer product intended for humans or animals. They are also not approved for diagnostic procedures.

Adding a product to our catalog does not grant or imply any license to use that product in a way that infringes on existing patents.

We maintain the right to void any sale if we have reason to believe the buyer intends to use the product outside its stated purpose.

Buyer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, each customer is expected to conduct their own independent assessment of applicable government regulations, workplace safety requirements, and legal restrictions that govern the products they are buying.

Buyers should understand the hazards involved in handling these materials and must implement appropriate safety measures including but not limited to proper ventilation, protective equipment, and industrial hygiene standards.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any material produced using our products complies with applicable federal and state law, including but not limited to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Since these products are sold for research use only, they may fall outside the Toxic Substances Control Act inventory requirements. The buyer bears full responsibility for confirming TSCA compliance where applicable.

Materials produced with our products cannot be classified as food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic products under any circumstances.

AlpineChems reserves the right to refuse or limit sales to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

Product Disclaimer

The products available through AlpineChems have not undergone FDA review for safety or effectiveness and are not cleared for any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals.

These materials are strictly controlled research chemicals. They are not dietary supplements. Purchasing and using them for anything other than legitimate laboratory research is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Misuse of these products can result in serious harm. Always follow established research protocols and consult qualified personnel before handling any chemical substance.

Prohibited Applications

Our products must never be used in the following ways under any circumstances: oral ingestion, injection into humans or animals, incorporation into food or beverages, use in cosmetic products applied to humans or animals, resale in commercial products, or any other application that violates applicable law.

All products are restricted to qualified laboratory and research environments operated by trained professionals.

None of our items have been reviewed or approved by any athletic governing body. If you are subject to athletic commission rules, confirm product compliance before use.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the United States only. You are responsible for verifying that your selected products are compliant with the laws of your specific state before ordering.

All shipping charges will appear on your bank statement as ALPINECHEMS.

Tracking information is updated once packages reach the local post office. A pre-shipment status for several days does not indicate a problem; packages are scanned upon facility arrival, not at pickup.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Incorrect Address Policy

We are unable to refund or reship orders that were sent to an address provided incorrectly by the buyer. We fulfill orders exactly as submitted on the checkout form.

If an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we can offer a one-time 30% discount code for a future purchase. The original order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Double-check your shipping address before confirming payment.

Order Cancellation

Requests to cancel an order must be submitted through our live chat immediately after placing the order. A $25 administrative fee applies to all approved cancellations.

Once an order has been marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Quality Assurance

If an independent HPLC-certified testing facility determines that a product does not meet our labeled specifications, we will refund the full order amount including shipping plus reimburse the cost of the testing.

Affiliate Terms

Affiliates who violate program rules will have their accounts terminated without advance notice. Any unpaid commissions will be withheld, and we reserve the right to reclaim commissions already paid for violating transactions.

If your affiliate account is terminated for cause, you are prohibited from rejoining the program under any other account or website that you own or control.

Using our brand name in keywords or ad copy for SEO or PPC campaigns is strictly prohibited. Traffic generated through brand-name targeting will not earn commission.

Discount code aggregation websites are not permitted. Self-referrals do not qualify for commission. AlpineChems may update affiliate terms at any time without notification.
